After Your Trip
After your daytrip you will be required to submit all the requested information to Daytrippers within 8 weeks or Daytrippers reserves the right to withdraw the agreed funding and reallocate it to an alternative group.












Please send us an invoice on your organizations headed paper detailing the total money spent on the trip that you are requesting reimbursement for. Evidence of the monies spent must be provided to support the invoice. Photocopies of receipts will be accepted. As we get a lot of enquiries, below is an example of the format we might expect for the invoice:

If any of the children cannot attend on the day, or the numbers have been changed and previously agreed with Daytrippers, please send us an updated register of the children who went on the Daytrip.
Only when Daytrippers have received all the information we require will we issue reimbursement.
